Risk Assessment

Utilizing a risk matrix, our team will asses and make recommendations based on the following:

  • Determine what is important to protect. This includes physical assets , intellectual property, as well as brand and personal reputation
  • Identify potential sources of harm or loss. These can be either natural or man made
  • Evaluate the exposure of assets to threats. Considering factors such as security measures, physical location, and exposure to risk factors
  • Determine the likelihood and severity of each risk. Likelihood refers to the probability of a threat occurring, while severity measures the potential consequences if an incident happens
  • Prioritize risks based on their severity and likelihood. This helps focus resources on the most critical areas
  • Create plans to address identified risks. This may involve implementing security measures, contingency planning, or another form of risk management
  • Regularly assess the risk mitigation strategies and update the risk assessment as needed
